In case you have several transaction screening alerts open for the same counterpart (if the same goodlisting keys apply) the system will offer to close all of these other matching alerts when you close the first alert as false positive. A popup will appear giving you an overview of the other matching alerts and prompting you to change the status for all the other open alerts to match.
Three conditions have to bet in order for Retroactive goodlisting to activate:
Only alerts with status NEW are taken into consideration
Alerts must have the same goodlist keys (e.g. sender_name + sender_account values)
Alert must have the same match
