Customer page: Customer details

Depending on what kind of information your company collects, you can see a wide variety of information on a person or business under Customer Details. This is normally where you'd see phone number, address, identification code, email, etc.

With the Salv platform, your company can add as many different details for your customer as you'd like.

If you are just starting to collect customer information and don't know what fields to ask for, check out our mandatory and recommended data fields (for persons here, for transactions here) for when you send your customer data to us.

You can customise how information is depicted in the customer page via Schemas.

πŸ” Any detail in blue is searchable. Which means when you click on it, you'll be taken to a new page that shows customers or transactions that match that same specific detail.

For example, in the screenshot above, if you click on "Country: Estonia" you can see all other customers who are from Estonia.

In order to make fields searchable, toggle β€œLink to search page” on in Schemas.

πŸ’‘All attributes can be easily copy-pasted to streamline your workflow by hovering over them and clicking the "Copy text" icon.
