Automatic Re-screening lets you exclude certain Segments from being re-screened automatically. This feature ensures you operate efficiently, focusing only on necessary checks.
To exclude certain Persons from being automatically re-screened, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Automatic Re-screening page in Configuration → Screening:
You will see a list of all created Segments. Select the Segment(s) you want to exclude from Automatic Re-screening.
Move the selected Segment(s) to the excluded table.
Within the selected Segments, OR logic is applied. This means that if a Person belongs to any one of the selected Segments, they will be excluded.
After this is done, individuals in these Segments will not be automatically re-screened on a daily basis. However, if an API call is made, they will still be screened according to the configured Screening Flows, except for any specific list types they are excluded from.
❗️ All other Persons, regardless of their Segment, will be automatically re-screened daily if not listed in the Excluded table.
