Screening alert details show two separate sections:
Matches that need manual review:
Contains all possible matches that have hit a screenable field
Matching list values are highlighted in yellow
Matching score (if applicable), Source name and Record ID are shown
Clicking More details opens full view of all record’s information provided by Dow Jones or Custom list
Filtered matches, that have been automatically solved by Clearance rules:
in addition to the same information as the manually reviewable matches, Filtered matches also show which Clearance rules have taken action to clear the alert. Hover card gives more information about the rule for audit trail purposes - its contents and when it was activated.
