Customer page: Alerts

The Alerts section on the Customer's page displays a comprehensive history of all alerts associated with the client, organised into distinct categories for Monitoring and Screening.

By expanding each category, you can access a detailed list of alerts, complete with their specific details, statuses, and other relevant information.

Additionally, the Customer page offers the functionality to assign, modify statuses, and perform various actions specifically for Monitoring alerts.

Screening alerts filtering

You can filter both Person and Transaction Screening alerts based on their status. By default, filter "Status is not Filtered" is set.
