Bulk Alert assignment feature - increase efficiency by simultaneously assigning multiple alerts to team members. This feature is particularly useful in distributing workload evenly and promptly among available staff.
Flow feature - streamline alert handling with this tool that automatically assigns alerts one-by-one from a selected alert filter to ensure a steady and manageable workflow.
Alert export feature - export alerts based on specified criteria, facilitating a flexible response to the needs for reporting or further analysis.

Person (or counterparty) is shown for person screening and periodic monitoring alerts.
Person and transaction are shown for transaction screening, real-time and post-event monitoring alerts.
You can click on the entity and go to their page (customer page, counterparty page or transaction page, based on the entity).

for monitoring alerts indicates the scenario which generated the alerts and details. In case of multiple scenarios hitting, hovering over “n more” shows information of the remaining hits.
Status column shows the current status of the alert. Status of the alert can be changed in the alert page view, or, in case of Monitoring alert - in the Customer’s page.

In the Assignee column alerts can be assign to user who is viewing the page (by clicking “Assign to me”), or, if needed, can be assigned to any other user.
