At any point in time you can change who on your team is assigned an alert by clicking on the current assignee and choosing a different name from the list, or just assigning it to yourself (you will always be the first one in the list of users).
It is also possible to bulk select and assign alerts. You can either select all alerts of a certain filter by ticking selection box in the header row or you can select multiple alerts by ticking them one-by-one.
The maximum number of alerts that can be selected at once is 20 000.
Users with all roles, except for CUSTOMER_READONLY
, CUSTOMER_DASHBOARD_READONLY
and SCREENING_SEARCH_ONLY
, can bulk assign, unassign and reassign alerts.
