Salv Bridge automatically assigns investigations based on your actions. This helps teams keep track of who is working on each case. This article explain how the assignment works.
An agent will automatically be marked as the assignee of an investigation when they:
Respond to a message
Add an internal note
Update the investigation status
Submit a conclusion
π₯ An investigation will be reassigned if another user takes one of the above actions.

There is no way to manually assign or reassign an investigation at this time. Please let us know if this feature is required.
Once an agent is assigned:
Their name will appear on the investigation
They will receive future email updates about this investigation
They can filter by their name from the investigations home screen to view all investigations assigned
How to filter by assignee
You can filter investigations by assignee using the filter bar at the top of the main investigations screen. Your name will appear top of the list for easy access.
