Collaborative investigations: Investigations view

Updated over a year ago

Investigations page

The Investigations page serves as your centralised hub for all collaborative investigations, whether initiated by you or other network members. Here, you can view all investigations, apply filters, search for investigations related to particular entities, start new investigations, and access specific investigation pages.

Click β€œInvestigations" in the navigation bar to open this page.

Filter

The Investigations page is equipped with filtering tools that enable you to view and manage investigations relevant to your needs. These tools help you customise your workflows, ensuring that you can quickly access and prioritise investigations based on specific criteria such as origin, type, status, and urgency.

  • Direction selection feature allows you to toggle between "All", "Incoming", and "Outgoing" investigations, helping you to focus on either the inquiries initiated by your organisation or those received from other network members.

  • Use multi-select dropdowns to filter by:

    • Category: type of investigation (e.g., Fraud, Sanction).

    • Status: current state of the investigation (Open, Pending, or Closed).

    • Properties: attributes Urgent (investigations marked as Urgent by you or the other party) or Not concluded.
