Profile page

You can manage your account settings on your profile page, which you can access by clicking on the avatar symbol at the bottom of the navigation bar. On this page, you can:

  • Change your account password

  • Configure your 2-factor authenticator

  • Reset you encryption keys

  • Turn e-mail notifications about message requests on or off

Click on the relevant block to expand it and see its contents.

💡 If you want to change your name, ask your organisation admin to do it via the Users page.

🚧 This chapter will be updated soon to include more details about the implications of disabling 2FA and resetting you encryption keys.

Notification options

For each investigation category you have access to (e.g. fraud, AML, sanctions), you can choose:

  • Notify on all investigations

You’ll receive email notifications for new investigations (even if you’re not assigned).

  • Notify on all replies

You’ll receive email notifications when an existing investigation has a reply (even if you’re not assigned).

  • Notifications for investigations assigned to you

You will always receive email updates for investigations that are assigned to you, even if the category is muted.

Please note that all emails across all categories are enabled by default.
