Statistics

The statistics page is where you can get insights about the product usage. Learn more about it in this article.

🚨 Note that currently, the statistics page only shows stats about the Secure Messaging component of the product.

Overview

The statistics overview page can be accessed from the main navigation bar. It shows the high level stats about the product usage in your organisation.

If you need to run a deeper analysis on the data, you can export all your messages data as a CSV file and conduct the analysis in any data handling software you prefer.

Category-based statistics

There is also a specialised dashboard page for each investigation category accessible to you. Here you can see more granular stats about any time period, as well as export the data if needed.

As a default, each category has two graphs enabled:

  • Number of investigations by organisation

  • Average investigation resolution speed

However, if you have the “investigation conclusion” feature enabled for a category, the page will also have additional graphs highlighting useful statistics based on the investigation conclusion data.
