Navigating notes

There are two ways to add a note to a customer's profile page:

  1. If you want to add a general note to the customer profile, you can add a note in this section.

  2. To add a note to a specific alert, follow the instructions provided in the Screening and Monitoring alert pages.


Adding notes

  • To add a note, click Add note. Write your note in the Comment field and click Save. NB! Notes cannot be deleted.

  • You can search for a specific note or keyword by entering text in the search field. Search by note’s content or by a user who added the note.

  • You can filter for a specific kind of notes. Customer, alert or all notes.
