Transactions summary
Do you want a summary view of what your customer is sending and receiving? Then great! That's the transactions summary segment.
The first part of the Transaction summary shows you some statistics about your customer’s transactional activity per your selected timeframe:
Total amount sent
Total amount received
Average amount sent
Average amount received
Earliest transaction date
Latest transaction date
Sender and recipient accounts
Here you can see a bit more of the big picture and get an overview of everyone your customer has transacted with.
Sender accounts - persons or entities who have sent your customer payments
Recipient accounts - persons or entities who have received payments from your customer
💛 Information in yellow shows how many others have received money from or sent money to this person or entity.
💙 Information in blue, when clicked, will open up a new page and show you all other transactions that have this information in common.
Total money transacted by month
You can also see how much money has been both sent and received in any given month. The amount is calculated by adding absolute values of transactions.
Transactions
Transactions table shows all person's transactions - every transaction that you've sent to us with the corresponding person_id
.
You can either perform a quick search in the transactions table or click on 'View in Advanced Search' to use the expanded search for the person's transactions (this will take you to the transaction search page with the person's ID pre-filled as a search condition).
If you don't see all of the information you're looking for, no need to panic. Either use 2 fingers on your track pad to scroll right, or go to the bottom of the screen and then you'll see a slide bar to scroll right for more columns.
When you choose what fields are visible in Schemas, then these fields will be shown by default in the Transaction Table on the Customer Page, and rest of the fields will be shown if you click on , while clicking on
will lead you to the Transaction page.
