Customer profile is where you'll find every piece of information on a customer that your company holds. It shows you their details, their transactions, their investigation history and, most importantly, it helps you make informed investigative decisions.
How to get to a customer profile page
You can access the customer profile page using Search → Persons.
Additionally, you can get to a customer profile through Screening or Monitoring alerts. From there, click on a customer name to view their Customer profile.
Accessing Customer page is also available through Transaction page, clicking on a customer name.
If you know your Customer’s ID, you can access their page by adding their ID to the URL:
https://app.salv.com/customer/{Customer-ID}
