The 'Alert Details' box displays the alert's ID (which is also present in the alert URL: app.salv.com/monitoring/alerts/{alert-id}), the date and time the alert was created, alert details, transaction details, and actions.
The 'Details' column provides information on:
In the case of an real-time or post-event scenario, it shows the transaction that triggered the alert and scenario-related details that are preset at the scenario level.
If several scenarios have been triggered by the transaction, a hover-card will display all the other scenarios as well.
For a periodic scenario, it lists scenario-related details preset at the scenario level, as there is no single transaction that has triggered the alert.
The 'Actions' column includes Scenario snoozing feature.
