How to use Salv Support

Salv Support is a tool that will help you to get in contact with us, browse helpful resources, submit your requests and much more.

Getting in touch with Salv

If you have a question and require our help, you can easily reach out to us through the platform:

  • Log in to your account on app.salv.com

  • Click on Help and support in the left menu.

  • Choose Message support

Now you are seeing an overview of Salv Support. By clicking Contact us, you will be directed to a chat box and can start a conversation with us.

To see an overview of your conversations with Salv, click on Messages.

Depending on the topic, you could be asked to create a ticket for us (e.g. reporting a bug, requesting new scenario, etc). You can keep an eye on your submitted tickets at all times. To do so, go to help.salv.com and open your Tickets portal.

In Tickets portal you are able to have a great overview of your submitted tickets and track their statuses.

Help center

It's like a helpful buddy giving you all the tips and tricks to get the most out of Salv platform. Former Salv User manual has moved to Help center articles, where you can find clear instructions and insights to maximize your efficiency and resolve issues.

How to access it?

There are several ways to do so:

  • Choose Help and support in your platform and click Help center

  • Choose Search for help in Salv Support or choose a relevant topic that you can see in the selection. Alternatively, you can click on Help in the right-bottom corner.
