The Users tab can be used to add, edit or delete users. You can also search for all the current users that you already have or see the deactivated ones.
User Roles
There are nine types of User Roles: Customer Read Only, IT Admin, AML Agent, Customer Admin, Customer Agent, Analyst, Customer Dashboard Read Only, AML Agent Limited, and Screening Search Only. All of them have different features that they can have access to.

IT Admin's view:
Adding new users
In order to add a new user, go to Admin → Users, click 'Add new user'. In the pop up window you need to add user's email, full name and select Roles. One user can have several user roles, if needed.
❗ "Password" column should be left empty upon adding new users. Newly added users will receive a welcome email with a link to set up their own password.
User deactivation
If needed, users can be deactivated by pressing Edit button on the right side of the user row.
To view the list of deactivated users, and reactivate them as needed you can toggle the Show deactivated users button on/off.
For on-premise clients, this functionality is available for IT_ADMIN
