π¬ If your business is interested in Salv and you haven't already spoken with us, you'll need to get in touch with us before you can get in to the demo.
βπ½ If you work for a company that's already signed a contract with Salv and you don't yet have an account to log in, get in touch with the person who holds the Salv platform admin role at your company to get set up with your own account.
Signing up
If your company has already signed a contract to use Salv, then the hardest part is done! Your organisation is signed up!
Getting your own account
Every company will have at least one person who has assigned admin access. This person should be able to set you up with your own account for the Salv platform.
If you're the admin, go to our Admin page to find out how to grant access to other users.
Logging in
To log in, go to demo environment: https://demo.salv.com/login.
To log in, go to live environment: https://app.salv.com/login.
Enter your Email and Password and click Sign in. If you forget your password, click Forgot password? and then follow the steps to reset it.
Once the platform opens up, Alerts view appears by default.
Password requirements:
Minimum length: 16
Maximum length: 64
Must not contain any part of your email address (name or domain), including in reverse
Checked against known breaches using the HaveIBeenPwned service; previously leaked passwords are not allowed.
To change your password or to set up two-factor authentication (2FA), click on your user icon at the bottom left of the page. Any Authenticator application can be used to setup
Two-Factor Authentication
Follow the instructions on screen to set up your 2FA. You can use any of the common 2FA applications on your phone (e.g. Authy, Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator)
π¨ Note that 2FA is tied to your mobile phone! If you want to start using a new phone, then you must disable the 2FA with your old phone first and set it up again. If you donβt have access to your old phone anymore, ask someone with organisation admin user role to reset the 2FA for you (by going to Admin -> Users -> selecting your User -> Edit -> Remove 2FA).
Session expired
To make things safer for you and your customers, if you're inactive for several hours on the Salv platform, your session will expire and you'll be automatically logged out. No need to panic, just log right back in.
